Alana

2005 KWPN Filly
(Neostan x Proformi KEUR, Don Primaire)

Alana has exceptional movement, and a pleasant temperament. Her half-sister, Winterwick, is under saddle and showing promise as a dressage horse.
Alana started work on the longe in the spring of 2008, and is currently under-saddle.
Alana will become a member of our broodmare herd, and will continue her training, as well.

Achievements:
2008 NEDA Fall Festival Young Horse Champion.

New England Dressage Assocation Year-End Award - Reserve Champion for 2005 Foals
2005 USDF All Breeds Awards - Second Place for Weanling Fillies
Third Place in Fillies of 2005 at Kasson Ridge Breed Show, July 2006.

Baxter Blvd

2006 KWPN Colt
Painted Black x Sarola, Sunday Boy

Baxter was born on May 25. He is Sarola's first foal at Pineland Farms.

Baxter has fantastic movement, and very nice conformation.

Each year, we name one horse with a Maine theme. Baxter is our first horse to receive a Maine name. Baxter Boulevard is in the city of Portland, Maine.

Achievements:
First place in 2006 Colts Class (83.5%) and Reserve Champion Colt at the 2006 PFEC Dressage Sporthorse Breed Show.

Benevolent

2006 KWPN Filly
Ferro x Proformi, Don Primaire

Benevolent, born on March 30, is the second filly Proformi has given us.

Benevolent is a very pretty filly, with a lovely disposition. Her half-sister, Winterwick, is under saddle and is proving to be a very nice riding horse.

Cadence

2007 KWPN-NA Filly
Idocus x Vera, Don Primaire

Cadence is Vera's second filly. She was born on April 18.

First Premium Filly.

Delgado

2008 KWPN Colt
Rousseau x Vera, Don Primaire

Delgado is Vera's first colt. He was born on May 23rd.

First Premium Colt.

Achievements:
Delgado received Second Place at the 2008 NEDA Fall Festival in Colts of 2008.

Delilah

2008 KWPN Filly
Ferro x Vidriomf, Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve

On March 19, Vidriomf delivered her second filly, Delilah.

Dirigo

2008 Westfalian Colt.
Davidor x Flair, Florestan

Flair's second colt, Dirigo, was born on May 2nd.

Since 2006, we have been giving one foal a Maine related name. Dirigo is the Maine State motto, and means "I Lead".

Rubinair

2007 Westphalian Colt
Regazzoni x Flair, Florestan

Rubinair is Flair's first foal, born on May 23.

Achievements:

Rubin received First Place in Colts of 2007, at the 2008 NEDA Fall Festival.

Winterwick

2003 KWPN Filly
(Rhodium x Proformi KEUR, Don Primaire)

Winterwick is by Rhodium, out of Proformi by Don Primaire. She has graceful movement with an elegant frame and refined head. Her sire, Rhodium, is well-known for his abilities as a dressage horse. Winterwick's dam, Proformi, is a Keur mare.
Winterwick has been under saddle since the summer of 2006. She is schooling at First Level, and has started over cross rails.
She received her Ster predicate in 2006.
Winterwick returned to Maine at the end of March, after spending the winter in Florida, in training with Michael and Sharon Poulin. She has continued to develop into a nice dressage mare. She is competing at Training Level this summer, regularly receiving scores in the 60's.

2005 USDF All Breeds Awards - Second Place for Two-year-old Fillies
Winterwick won her first two dressage tests (Training Level 1 and 2) with scores of 64% and 67% in May, 2007.

Zuleika

2004 NA/WPN Filly
(Neostan x Temptation, Numero Uno)

Zuleika spent the winter in Florida in training with Michael and Sharon Poulin. She is schooling at Training Level, and shows good athleticism and has a great work ethic. She returned to Maine at the end of March. We plan to make her competition debut this summer. Zuleika has been scoring in the mid-sixties at Training Level.

Achievements:

First Place in Dressage Suitability, and Second Place in Materiale class for 4 & 5 year old mares, at NEDA Fall Festival, 2008.

2008 PFEC Breed Show Under-saddle Champion, and Fillies Reserve Champion.

Third place in 2004 Fillies Class at the 2006 PFEC Dressage Sporthorse Breed Show.
