Situated at the end of a long dirt road, Collyer Brook Farm offers the ultimate in privacy just two miles from the Pineland Farms campus. Elegant, yet comfortably furnished with a mix of new and old, Collyer Brook Farm offers sunset views of rolling hills, grazing sheep, and our beautiful restored red barn.

Unique Fact: Collyer Brook has been farmed since before the American Revolution, and sheep grazing on these fields supplied wool for the American troops. Visit the adjacent remnants of the first successful water-powered woolen mill in North America, the Mayall Mills.

We ask that guests check in at the Welcome Center between 1 pm and 4 pm the day of arrival, and check out at the Welcome Center between 9 am and noon the day of departure. Late check out may be possible with 48-hour advanced notice. Charges will apply and be billed to your credit card.

All reservations are subject to current Maine State Occupancy Tax (Currently 9%).

*Please note there is a two night minimum on guest houses.
