Date & Time:  January 11th 6:00pm to 8:30pm (Will be a hike without snowshoes)
February 10th 6:00pm to 8:30pm – March 14th 7:00pm to 9:30pm

*If there’s not enough snow, we’ll hike the trails without snowshoes instead. We only cancel if Thunder or Lightening is present. 

Event Type:  Outdoor Activity – Easy snowshoe over some of the Pineland Farms snowshoe trails under the full moon.
Location:  Outdoor Center – 25 Campus Dr. New Gloucester, ME
Fee: $20 per person (includes snowshoe rental) or $10 per person if you bring your own snowshoes  
Registration: Pre-registration encouraged. 

Who:  Open to all ages & abilities. Must be able to hike over various terrain in snow for 2+ miles within the time frame. 

Description:  Bring some friends or family and join us for a Full Moon Snowshoe. We will be hiking with snowshoes at an easy pace, leaving from the Pineland Farms Outdoor & Fitness Center. We will return and enjoy a lit firepit with great views of the Full Moon and the surrounding stars.  

We leave the Outdoor Center promptly at 6:10 (Jan & Feb), and 7:10 in March. 

Needed Gear:  Winter boots, snow jackets and pants (layers preferred), hat and gloves, headlamp recommended.
