Recreation Group Events
Our trails & courses can be used by individuals or organizations for their next Tournament, Race, or Event. Pineland Farms offers 30 kilometers of hiking, biking, snowshoe, and ski trails, and ample outdoor gathering space.
We work with groups and organizations of all sizes to host professionally coordinated disc golf tournaments, racing events (running, biking, skiing), and more! We are happy to offer suggestions to create a unique event for any group. Group recreational activities include:

Race Events at Pineland Farms
Pineland Farms is proud to be the host venue for major athletic events, including the Trek Across Maine, a multi-day cycling event that draws hundreds of riders and supporters each year. With open fields, ample parking, and versatile facilities, we’re equipped to support races and endurance events of all sizes.
We offer:

Disc Golf Tournaments
Pineland Farms has proudly hosted the Maine State Disc Golf Championship for several years, welcoming top players and spectators from across the region. Our professionally designed courses and flexible event infrastructure make us an ideal location for tournaments of any level.
We offer:
- Space for vendors and spectators
- Ample parking and shuttle access
- Event staff assistance and coordination
- Registration and check-in support areas
- Championship-level disc golf courses
FEES:
There is a minimum fee of $8.00 per person/per program.
Teachers are admitted free of charge. One adult chaperone is admitted free with every 10 students, the fee for additional chaperones is $8 per person and attendance is dependent on group size. Limited scholarships are available.
Cancellation Policy: All group events take place rain or shine. We will cancel outside events during thunderstorms, school snow days and severe weather. If you need to cancel your group event for any reason a one-week notice is required. If you cancel after this time you will be billed for the cost of your trip.
Confirmation and Directions: Upon confirmation of your reservation you will receive an email that will contain directions to where you will meet your hosts and an invoice for your upcoming visit. We are a large facility, please review these directions and provide them to anyone who is driving to the farm on the day of your trip.
Changing your Group Size: Additional participants’ admittance is not guaranteed and is dependent on space and staff availability. If space is available, additional participants will be charged $8 per person.
If your group size changes after you make your reservation, you must notify us at least one week prior to your visit. Contact the Pineland Farms Outdoor & Fitness Center at 207.688.6599 or outdoor@pinelandfarms.org. There are no refunds for dropped numbers on the day of your visit.
