A Look Inside the Sugar House

Nestled in the rolling hills of New Gloucester, Maine, our Sugar House comes to life each spring as the temperatures begin to rise. It takes about 40 gallons of sap to produce just one gallon of maple syrup! Our skilled sugar makers carefully monitor each step—from tree tapping to boiling and bottling—to ensure the highest quality syrup.
