The partnership between Pineland Farms and The Black Tie Company began in June 2013 when the two hosted their first Graze dinner. This dinner event was created to highlight local and sustainable partnerships that bring community to our industry. Each menu is customized to showcase the freshest local ingredients from surrounding farms.
An evening at Graze at Pineland Farms begins at 6:00pm with live music, hors d’oeuvres and complimentary signature cocktails by Cold River, followed by a four course amuse bouche style dinner. Each course will have a beverage pairing provided by a local purveyor. This year, Eighteen Twenty Wines, Lone Pine Brewing, Austin Street Brewing, and more have joined Graze.
Award Winning Chef, Avery Richter and her staff continue to wow diners with their mastery of local Maine flavors, Graze becomes more and more a desired ticket. For the latest menus, partnerships and tickets: purchase on Eventbrite. https://www.eventbrite.com/o/the-black-tie-company-13423698702
